With over 25 years of experience in security, law enforcement, and public safety, Jaymar has cultivated a distinguished career rooted in service and dedication.
In 1997, Jaymar began working in club and event security while also serving in the U.S. Coast Guard, where he developed expertise in law enforcement and search and rescue operations.

In 2000, he became EMT certified, demonstrating a commitment to life-saving skills, and by 2002, he transitioned to working in juvenile corrections, providing guidance and structure for at-risk youth.

A dual-degree graduate from Edinboro State University in 2008, Jaymar further honed his expertise with a POST Certification from Aurora Community College Police Academy in 2014.

In January 2015, Jaymar founded 1st Response Security LLC, channeling decades of experience into a company that prioritizes professionalism, safety, and excellence in the security industry.
